"Nice scent, but I feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth"
I really liked how this smelled when I first put it on, so I was hopeful. But of course, after just a couple hours, it had faded so much that I could barely tell I was wearing it. Maybe I just expected too much, but for the price, I feel like it should’ve lasted longer. It’s not a bad fragrance at all, I just wish it didn’t disappear on me so fast

"Support was actually great"
I had a little issue with my order, so I messaged them not expecting much. But they got back to me quickly and fixed it without turning it into some ridiculous back-and-forth. really nice customer service and better than I expected.

"Looks nice, but the scent was weaker than I expected"
I got a diffuser from Air Esscentials, and from what I remember, the setup was easy and it looked nice enough on the shelf. The scent just didn’t really travel much unless I was standing right near it. I may be forgetting if it worked a little better the first day, but overall I expected it to fill the room more than it did. Kind of disappointing

The scents are decent, kind of hard to describe, but they’re pleasant enough. I just wish they lasted longer because they seem to fade quickly on me
